Swedish disco-pop duo Drop Out Orchestra serve up a sure fire single on The Disco Express. Invoking the spirit of 70's New York with their two uptempo disco bangers 'I Got You' and 'Get Naked' the EP also features club-ready remixes from resident Soundsmith and label boss Bustin' Loose. Daniel Lindeberg and Ingemar Perä of Drop Out Orchestra aim to bring live elements back into the dance music. Blurring the divide between live and DJ performances by incorporating live bass and electronics, Drop Out Orchestra are bonafide party starters. They've previously collaborated with the likes of Black Strobe, Flight Facilities, Paul Weller, LCD Soundsystem's Nancy Whang and have supported anyone from Gilles Peterson to Fatboy Slim. ________ 'Get Naked' features a collaboration with German/American singer Mishell Ivon. Heavily influenced by the nostalgic sounds of disco and boogie funk her sound is mixed with fresh elements and the feel good factor. We are delighted to have them on board The Disco Express with our very own Soundmith and Bustin' Loose on remix duty.
