Subscriber data is stored securely and access is controlled by your account login. We handle bounces and spam complaints automatically, validate emails before large sends, and support double opt-in for GDPR. Unsubscribes are honoured immediately.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Enable double opt-in for site sign-ups so fans confirm they want to hear from you. Every mailout includes a clear unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are processed straight away. You are the data controller for your fan list; we process it on your instructions.
What happens if I cancel?
